Schedulers are the total number of people using their individual Schedule2Mobile appointment book.
What are SMS Credits?
Every Schedule2Mobile account gives you a fixed number of FREE text messages that are already included.
What’s the clients storage for?
Client storage allows you to upload your existing client data from your computer to your new Schedule2Mobile account.
What is this SMS price for?
In case the fixed number of FREE text messages is used up, than every additional sms is going to be extra charged.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Within the first 30 days test trial you won't be charged. After this period you will be charged with a monthly subscription fee.
If you choose to cancel your account, in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred in the new Month up until your cancellation.
Can I change the Schedule2Mobile account type at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the “Settings” tab and change your account type in the »Change package« tab.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. schedule2Mobile is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?
